Popped in this morning to get some boots re-heeled. I was served by James who was very helpful. He told me that they would be ready either later today or in the morning, which was fine. I went back to my car and was walking to the supermarket, when he saw me, and called over that he could do them now, and to pop in when I had finished. When I came out, he called over that they were ready. 1st class service, thank you James
James is extremely helpful and gave great customer service. He was able to adjust a tricky watch strap while I waited. All done with great humour and quickly. 10 out of 10
Another great “car park based” timpsons. It’s been at this location for a long time and is still pushing a great service, from key and dry cleaning to shoes repairs and watch battery replacements. Had 2 keys cut in super quick time at a great price by super friendly staff. 👍
