Great experience afternoon of 16/2/2026. The young guy behind the counter had just finished dealing with a customer who seemed to be being purposefully difficult. He didn't let this interaction faze him at all, just carried on smiling and dealt with me courteously and professionally. Gave me some useful advice, provided me with the keys I needed and had me out of the shop in next to no time. Really helpful employee and will definitely come here again.

Such excellent service from the Timpsons at Sainsbury's in Bedford. I took a watch that had huge sentimental but low financial value to be repaired for my son after his father had passed away. We were treated with such kindness - delighted to have the watch repaired efficiently but also the friendly shop-owner was so kind at a difficult time.

Gavin sorted out my watch quickly and efficiently. A genius, in my opinion. In fact, every time I go into Timpson's at Sainsbury's, I've always had excellent service. Can't fault them, but I do wish the staff didn't have to work in such cramped conditions. Surely they could be given something more spacious to work in? Thankfully air conditioning keeps the hut cooler.

Amazing service this morning, getting a watch repaired and belt holes made in super quick time with friendly, helpful staff member whose name I've forgotten ( sorry!) but he made me laugh with his quick wit!
