Great experience afternoon of 16/2/2026. The young guy behind the counter had just finished dealing with a customer who seemed to be being purposefully difficult. He didn't let this interaction faze him at all, just carried on smiling and dealt with me courteously and professionally. Gave me some useful advice, provided me with the keys I needed and had me out of the shop in next to no time. Really helpful employee and will definitely come here again.
Such excellent service from the Timpsons at Sainsbury's in Bedford. I took a watch that had huge sentimental but low financial value to be repaired for my son after his father had passed away. We were treated with such kindness - delighted to have the watch repaired efficiently but also the friendly shop-owner was so kind at a difficult time.
Hayden was great, helped to replace my granddad's car key, he was about 10minutes. He was really polite and professional!
I needed the elastic laces on new shoes replacing with regular laces. Got exactly what I asked for at a minimal charge. 5 star service.
Been a regular visitor to this branch since I moved house. Always had excellent service, even when new locks proved difficult to get keys that fitted them. Latest visit was to pick up house number sign. Would recommend to everyone, as this is a reliable and reputable company to deal with.
