Service from Mark / MJ - 5101 Tesco, New Malden was polite, friendly and helpful. What more could one ask? The cost of £27.99 for a heel repair was a shock. Let's hope it lasts a good year, as they're only worn for occasional use.

Rude young girl on Tesco New Malden counter. No interest in serving or smiling, continued talking to her friend who was sitting on the counter. Young man normally on the counter had to step in and assist (very friendly to next customer)

I'm very disappointed and sad due to the rudeness and unprofessional attitude of one of the staff members(blonde man with ponytail hair style) as we brought a hanbag for small stitches and it was badly done, completely not expected from timpsons which costed us £17.95. when i went to collect it he had not stitched a part of the bag handle like the other handle, i would expect that an experienced leather worker should know what needed to be fixed , i asked him to do so then i left. Key cutting machine broken in B&Q (New Malden) but still took my money. Went to the store in Tescos and no one was at the desk. Waited for 40 minutes before giving up. Rubbish!
