Service from Mark / MJ - 5101 Tesco, New Malden was polite, friendly and helpful. What more could one ask? The cost of £27.99 for a heel repair was a shock. Let's hope it lasts a good year, as they're only worn for occasional use.

Key cutting machine broken in B&Q (New Malden) but still took my money. Went to the store in Tescos and no one was at the desk. Waited for 40 minutes before giving up. Rubbish!
