I went to a smaller branch of Timpsons who couldn’t help with fixing my car key. I went to the Goldington Road branch where Graham was knowledgeable and sorted the key as well as giving me advice about next steps. Great service
New battery needed for a Casio watch. Went to H. Samuel in Bedford and they sucked air through their teeth and wouldn't do it. Went here before my Tesco shop and they replaced it and set the right time in under 5 mins and for a decent price. So when the car key battery said it was low, didn't go to the dealer, went here and same again - job done. Invaluable service, nice people, right price
Several attempts to cut keys didn't work. Advice was given to replace lock, which we did. It was only 30 years old!! Went back for copies, which of course were successful. Lovely lady, very helpful.
I took my winter coat for a dry clean and when I went to collect it, I found it covered in a lot of human and dog/cat hair! I popped back to the shop, and the staff explained that all clothes are washed in the same machine, so jackets like mine can pick up these bits. They do give a disclaimer about it, but I wasn’t told when I dropped it off, which was a bit annoying. That said, Lucy, the staff member who helped me, was brilliant! I needed keys for an old padlock. When they did not work Lisa went to great lengths to try and resolve the issue. I really appreciated her efforts and would like to thank her for her time and hard work
