Came here with a key to be cut. Can't fault the staff member here, he tried his best despite it being an off-brand key, it didn't end up working (he said it might not) but I appreciate the service and attempt.. A refund was swiftly offered on return! Stellar service.

We needed a new screen for an iPhone 11. Throughout the whole process Dane and his colleagues kept us informed when the screen would arrive. Best of all, when we went to have the screen replaced Dane carefully examined our phone and told us it was only the screen protector that was cracked so he ordered a new one straight away. Really impressed by Timpsons customer service and knowledge will definitely use them in future. Richard
Shoe repair was excellent. Had my favourite work shoes re-soled and re-heeled. Only reason it's not five stars is the time taken and the fact they said they'd let me know when my shoes were ready, but didn't.
