I brought in my son’s coat to be cleaned and paid £70 — only to receive it back a week later with the sleeves still untouched from the inside. When I returned and questioned this, I was told “we do what we can” and that they could “send it back and see what they can do.” Since when do dry cleaners not fully clean a coat, inside and out? For the price and the time it took, this level of service is unacceptable. If they cannot properly clean a jacket, what is the point of a dry cleaning?
