Dropped off a trophy to be engraved on the Sunday, guy was so miserable an uninterested, said it would be ready Thursday, went to collect on Friday expecting it to be ready, said hes been too busy, will try and do it today. He did, but rushed it the plate was wonky, not glued on properly & he was so uninterested just complaining about how busy he was, awful experience I wouldn't use again. Customer service not there strong point
Great service!!! I had my son’s watch links removed and an extra hole made in his belt. Hannah was so lovely and helpful. I had to go back the following week, and have a link put back in and the guy was great too. Really helpful and super fast!
Guy was super friendly Cut 3 keys in the 10 minutes I was in Tesco. Couldn't ask for more than that.
Wragby Road, Lincoln. Put a request in for a duplicate remote key fob online. Got a call first thing in the morning and they sourced a replacement by 2pm. Recoded and all done and dusted by 3pm. Amazing service and about half the price of going to Ford dealership.
I dropped in to buy key chains. I selected a bunch of simple ones with tags. Owner refused to take money for that. The shop is multi functional where you can repair your watches, shoes, key duplication..... .
