Cannot recommend Lee at Timpson, Kidsgrove enough. Visited recently with my late fathers gold chain hoping for a repair. Lee carefully tried to open the links, but as the chain was so old and brittle, was unsuccessful. Not once did he try to offer solutions which were expensive or unrealistic but gave me practical, empathic suggestions. I have often been to this Timpson site for watch batteries, keys etc & would never consider going elsewhere. Perfect service. Thank you
