This guy is Brilliant, mended my car key cut a new one and then 2 weeks later stopped working because I dropped it and it fell apart, so once again took it back again, and he did it but the mobilizer did work so he asked me to take it to Longton at the tesco there ... so go to tesco timpsons at longton 💙🧸

Called in for a battery for my car fob, the lad was very pleasant and very helpful. The only thing I don’t agree with is, you pay £3 for a battery but they want to charge £7 for fitting it, not the lads fault but timpsons as a whole.

Thank you Timpsons my car key battery had become weak and slow to work properly, the man at Timpsons Kidsgrove stripped the key down fitted new battery tested the key on a machine to make sure the key would work properly, which it does,great friendly 5 🌟 service I know where to go now to get car key sorted 😀.

I went to Timpson today . Dillon was repairing a watch . Dillon asked me if he could help , I said yes I would like a battery putting in my watch. Dillon said I can't do that. Why I asked I've had a battery put in it before here . Dillon said I can't do it I've no experience. He didn't even look at the watch . Poor customer service

Excellent service, trousers checked by the assistant to make sure zip replacement was done to high standard before being handed over to me. Have never had cause to complain whether dry cleaning, key cutting, shoe repairs or just a normal purchase. Very helpful pleasant staff.
