No car key cutting. Followed by rude staff . I took an uncut car key followed by a cut key. I asked if he could cut the same for the empty key. ( uncut ) he told me he couldn’t only do it for keys bought from them. When asked he said “ well I need to see mate “ I’m a confrontational tone. Upon taking out the key he then just says no no explanation. Man aggressively tells me he can’t do job. Don’t advertise it then !! Multiple occasions can’t provide basic key cutting services don’t waste your time
The guy is never there. There is no oversight so they just don’t turn up on time. The sign said back from break at 14:20 waited till 15:00 still nobody tescos staff couldn’t help locate him massive queue of people waiting gave up in the end wasted 40 mins
I dealt with Joseph at the Timpsons at Tesco Extra, Town Ln, Stanwell, Staines TW19 7PZ. He was really helpful and friendly, definately a valuable employee - it was a pleasure to deal with him and he was really quick fixing/ replacing my car key.
Lovely guys in there was great today when I explained I needed a new key cutting . Due to chemo my memory has been bad and I needed an extra key cutting as a spare . He honestly couldn’t help enough . Will always be coming here now . Thank you ! You’ve helped more than you realise . I really hope your head office get to see this . I work as a retail manager for a well known company and would be incredibly proud if one of my team acted with such compassion and professionalism.
Terrible Customer Service – Never Again! I visited the Timpson shop inside Tesco Extra on Town Lane, Ashford, on 2nd April 2025 to get a passport-sized photo for my ID badge. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member present. When I showed him a guide image to explain how I needed my photo to be taken, he responded rudely, questioning why I was showing it to him.
