Absolutely terrible shop - Complete waste of time. My work is very time sensitive and requires key cutting, I usually avoid this place but urgently needed a key. Very expensive to duplicate one single key. Got to the house to test it, didn’t even go into the lock, they used the wrong blank, doesn’t take an expert to see this. Went back to complain, I wanted to take my business elsewhere, the guy apologised but didn’t let me get a refund. Instead he cut two new keys for me this was useless, I only needed one key. Very fast and high-quality service. I had the strap on my watch adjusted. I went back a couple of days later to have it lengthened, and they did it for free. I’m delighted with the quality, speed and customer service. Thank you very much
Went today Friday the 17th of April 2026 to make a copy of my key.Ashfor surrey-tesco store.The women there told me straight away that she doesn't have the right size without even checking. I asked if she could check.She did and find it. After making a copy she said ,she can't quarantine that it will work .I asked why ? Answer was ,because sometimes doesn't. Lovely guys in there was great today when I explained I needed a new key cutting . Due to chemo my memory has been bad and I needed an extra key cutting as a spare . He honestly couldn’t help enough . Will always be coming here now . Thank you ! You’ve helped more than you realise . I really hope your head office get to see this . I work as a retail manager for a well known company and would be incredibly proud if one of my team acted with such compassion and professionalism.
