Hi there, We just want to nominate Murdoch at Timpsons in Tesco Extra in Port Glasgow, as an outstandingly helpful , knowledgeable and friendly member of your staff. Got electronic passport pictures taken Tuesday this week, old passport sent back to Passport office Wednesday, notified Thursday everything ok , new passport now being printed and hopefully going out in post soon. Bailey at Tesco Port Glasgow store very helpful and very friendly. Would recommend this process if renewing your passport.
