I was helped by Lee, who was very patient and professional throughout. He repaired the heel of my shoes to a high standard and took the time to explain how I can maintain them properly in the future. Excellent customer service and honest advice. I’ll definitely be coming back.

5 Stars – Outstanding Service from Alfie at Timpson’s (Tesco, Newcastle-under-Lyme) Dropped by the Timpson’s outsideTesco at Newcastle-under-Lyme to get my shoes repaired, and I’m so glad I did. Alfie was brilliant from start to finish. He replaced the heel perfectly and gave the shoes a proper polish that made them look brand new again. Lee in the Trent Vale shop (at Tesco) was super helpful. I ended up there as Halford’s couldn’t help with replacing my key fob battery; within just a few minutes, the battery was replaced (and checked) and I was on my way. This was 10 minutes from closing; Lee didn’t rush me and answered all my questions. Great service, thank you.

Excellent service from Olly today. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. My watch strap was fitted and this means a lot as it was my grandma's. I will be back for my next strap.
