My Kia car key wasn't working properly and looked as if I might need a new costly barrel. Thought I'd give a new key a try first. Lee was at the Trent Vale kiosk today. He cut a new key and managed to programme a new chip by getting codes from my old key and from my car. Great success!!! It worked perfectly. Lee explained everything in an understandable way. I recently had the sole of my shoe repaired at Timpson, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Lee. From the moment I walked in, Lee was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his craft. He took the time to explain the repair process and made sure I was happy with the approach before going ahead. The quality of the work was excellent—the sole looks as good as new, and the shoe feels sturdy and comfortable again.

I was helped by Lee, who was very patient and professional throughout. He repaired the heel of my shoes to a high standard and took the time to explain how I can maintain them properly in the future. Excellent customer service and honest advice. I’ll definitely be coming back.
