I recently had the sole of my shoe repaired at Timpson, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Lee. From the moment I walked in, Lee was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his craft. He took the time to explain the repair process and made sure I was happy with the approach before going ahead. The quality of the work was excellent—the sole looks as good as new, and the shoe feels sturdy and comfortable again.
My Kia car key wasn't working properly and looked as if I might need a new costly barrel. Thought I'd give a new key a try first. Lee was at the Trent Vale kiosk today. He cut a new key and managed to programme a new chip by getting codes from my old key and from my car. Great success!!! It worked perfectly. Lee explained everything in an understandable way. been coming to Timpson's for a while now and thought id stop after some terrible customer service I received but a new gentleman was there so i thought id give him a try he was so I came n he came across very upbeat and polite Alfie was very knowledgeable and very friendly he fixed 3 batteries for my watches for me excellent customer service with a smile honestly recommend Alfie to any will be using your services again after all thanks for restoring my faith
