Used your store this weekend and was absolutely delighted with the quality of service from Alfie, manager. My repairs were unusual - a new some and heel on a pair of walking boots and a smooth re- sole on a pair Clark’s both were done really well and he was very helpful .

Myself and my daughter were helped by Alfie Farr and he altered an expensive watch. Alfie was friendly, reassuring and very professional. His customer service skills are excellent thank you Alfie and Team Timpson!
Received great service from Lee @ Trent Vale. He repaired my shoe free of charge super quick . I was expecting a few days for repair. I’ve already recommended to others to visit there.
