Absolutely fantastic service from very friendly and efficient staff. They were able to get me 3 working copies of a key we had broken in half and they done it quicker than it took me to buy a few things from Tesco. Saved me a fortune on replacing a door lock so a big thank you to them.

Had a new key configured for my Motorhome today. Clive was so helpful and efficient. Great service and Kit was so helpful too
Took them 2 weeks and £200 just to tell me that my car key was too old for them to cut after phoning them twice asking if it can still be done and when it was gonna happen, then proceed to cancel the day before they come to do it.
Very poor service. Timpson selected the wrong type of key to cut, so was never going to fit the lock. Patently the wrong base key chosen, as the groove is on one side on the original, on the other side on the one that was selected by Timpons staff. When travelled back to shop (which is 30 miles from here I live) staff was unrepentant, no apology, no offer of a free key, tried to dodge the issue by suggesting I might have had this cut in a different shop. Won't be back.
