Would truly like to say a massive thank you to Jack the manager of Timpsons inside Sainsburys. He went above and beyond out of his way to help me get these keys cut, after I lost my only key to my unit that’s used daily! So again, thank you so much Jack for your help and amazing customer service!!

I’ve used Timpsons in Sainsbury’s several times now and they’ve always been great. Very knowledgeable and always a quick turn around on the services they offer!
Took my £80.00 15 year old automatic Seiko in to get repaired, it stopped working, was told it would cost £245.00 to repair as it would have to be sent away, contacted Seiko UK directly £95.00. with a lifetime warranty. Timspon avoid....
I had 3 weeks to go before my wedding as dress was only just finished with alternations, but needed dry cleaner before our big day! Despite there being 4 wedding dresses is for after wedding dry cleans, they pushed mine ahead and done it before the deadline! I’m so grateful to Brian at the Roundswell, Barnstaple, Devon branch for all of his help to get this done! Couldn’t recommend more!
