Paul was absolutely amazing, he couldn't solve my problem straight away but he took a closer look and fixed my car key for me, and for free because it didn't take him long! My soles on favourite boots were in a very sorry state. The gentleman at Timpsons was so helpful! Picked the boots up today. They are like new. Fantastic job!
