My favourite court shoes were loose because the elastic attaching the buckles that fastened them had lost their stretch & were about to break. Paul made an amazingly neat job of replacing the elastic. They have now been given new life & fit just like they did when new. A very big thank you!
Used the Timpsons within Sainsburys Leicester North. Gentleman fixed a broken zip on my bag while I did my shopping. Friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend
Unfortunately i have not have a great experience previously bought a strap for my watch from timpson in Sainsbury melton rd had to have the links adjusted a couple of times and waited while Paul (he seemed to get annoyed because it is fiddly) adjusted it came back the third time to have links removed and person behind counter was busy i trusted them enough to leave my watch for them to fix yes it had a piece of glass missing but it has been fine until I picked it up the next day with my daughter and noticed there was a crack... read more
