Chap in here was really helpful, watch had died - I thought it was the battery but turned out it was another issue. The shop dude tested it with a battery and told me it was something else that was the issue. Really good service, I would return again.
The lady who opened the shop today was rude, I came to this shop past 9am and was wondering why the door cant be open even she was inside. Since it was past 9am I assume that it was already opened, I got her attention and asked if it was open but she shouted at me to wait. If there was a sign that is still closed for business I wont bother calling her attention. What a way to start a work with that kind of behaviour. Unhappy lady. Happened today May 30, 2025, AM
Ordered a memorial plague from a very understanding member of staff, came quicker than expected thank you! highly recommend the Dover high street branch .
Couldn't key and programm our car key only cut blank . To program and cut one shop in folkestone cost £159 . Mobile Car lock smith to do both only £60 !!
Recommended by someone in my neighbourhood. Absolutely friendly, wonderful staff who repaired my car key and demonstrated great professionalism.
