Been in many times, usually for additional key cutting for our office. Always professional, polite, helpful and speedy. Probably had 50 copy keys cut over 10 visits in the past few years, various types and sizes of key. Never had an issue with any of them.
Absolutely shoddy repair. Sole repaired on a pair of boots. After wearing them once after the repair the issue was worse that it was before taking to Timpson. Avoid and find a more reputable company.
Paid £25 for 4 lace hooks and some glue, they failed to seal the boot, and one of the hooks fell out instantly when I laced them because it wasn't expanded in the slightest. High prices for a poor service.
I needed both heels replacing. The job took less than an hour. Very reasonable pricing and the guy I dealt with was super friendly- always has been everytime I've popped in. Thanks again
Mark always has a smile to great me. I have been going to the same timpson store for years and feel completely at ease and able to trust them 100% with any repairs or other job I have.
