My car (electric fob) key literally fell apart this morning as I was driving to work. I went to Timsons and the man I spoke to was able to do a repair, rather than me having to get a totally new key which would have cost several hundred pounds. When I tried it, it worked first time and I was absolutely overjoyed (and somewhat relieved). Thank you for your excellent and efficient service. Thank you too for always being friendly and helpful to your customers.
Called in for a new watch battery and Chris happily and quickly replaced it ensuring it was waterproof again after it not passing the first test. Happy to chat and pass the time of day while I was waiting. Great customer service!
