My heavily pregnant wife was served today by an awful employee, we dont know his name as theres no name badge. she went in enquiring if she can have a passport picture taken the same day and the employee was refusing her service because she didnt say 'please'. Called in today to get my tag Heuer strap fitted, the young lady who served me fixed it in record time, the service from start to finish was second to none and the price was far less than I expected.thank you so much
amazing amazing service i have got here today. The service i received from a lady called Hayley this afternoon was absolutely amazing, she is such an chatty, genuine, lovely person that truly value customers and take care of our goods. I got my watch fixed super quickly and she also nicely introduced me to other services in this shop. I love how she can make people just feel that their goods are taken care of, at the same time keep her genuine self. As a person who’s working in hospitality as well, i feel so happy i myself c... read more
Needed to get a photo done for driving licence, also had a problem with my watch. Exceptional service from Chris. Couldn't have been more helpful. If I could give six stars, I would.
