If you are looking for a place that can professionally fit a photo into a locket, unfortunately this is not the right place. I went there after reading Catherine’s review about the lady who works at the shop, but unfortunately I did not meet her. There was only a man in the shop at the time, and the only option he offered was to print each photo for me, then I would have to cut and fit it into the locket myself. amazing amazing service i have got here today. The service i received from a lady called Hayley this afternoon was absolutely amazing, she is such an chatty, genuine, lovely person that truly value customers and take care of our goods. I got my watch fixed super quickly and she also nicely introduced me to other services in this shop. Needed to get a photo done for driving licence, also had a problem with my watch. Exceptional service from Chris. Couldn't have been more helpful. If I could give six stars, I would.
Yesterday I went in the Exchange Walk branch & asked if a photo of my Mum & Dad could be printed small enough to fit into my locket that I been bought for my Birthday by my Brother & his Partner, the lady who I unfortunately didn't get the name of was absolutely brilliant, she took my phone printed the photo small & carefully cut & fitted them into my locket, she made my day & I am so pleased with it. My car (electric fob) key literally fell apart this morning as I was driving to work. I went to Timsons and the man I spoke to was able to do a repair, rather than me having to get a totally new key which would have cost several hundred pounds. When I tried it, it worked first time and I was absolutely overjoyed (and somewhat relieved). Thank you for your excellent and efficient service. Thank you too for always being friendly and helpful to your customers.
