I took my gold chain in to Timpson today as the fastner was broken. A really lovely gentleman, Dave Allan, took the time and patience (it's a very fine fastner) to fix it for and at no charge. I can wholeheartedly recommend this store, and for any shoe accessories, key cutting etc. Thank you again Dave.
Went for a heel replacement on my shoe, casually mentioned I walk on the outside of my foot so it wears quicker there. When I got the shoe back and started walking home, I noticed the heel had been ever so slightly thickened on that side, giving it a longer lifespan. Fantastic attention to detail, and a great service all round :)
I had a heel replacement done by Steve at the shop in the Covered Market and couldn’t be happier with the service. He was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and he clearly takes real pride in his work. The repair was done quickly and to a really high standard – my shoes feel as good as new.
Got my watch battery replaced the other day. Steve was very nice and had it done by the time I went and got a coffee and came back. He also explained the lifetime warranty and I will be back soon!
Came in the other day because my favourite boots were beginning to seperate from the soles. Steve was able to get them glued back together and looking good as new. Thank you Steve, they are my faves 💙
