I asked around a few places if they could engrave a trophy for me. They could'nt or would'nt. Then I nipped into Timpsons Clock tower and spoke to Steve, he was so helpful and could'nt do enough to help. Steve engraved it beautifully and I was over the moon. A member of Timpsons staff that is a credit to the company. Give this man a rise. A top man that goes out of his way to help. A very pleasant and cheerful man. Thanks again Steve and thank you Timpsons for employing him.
Visited Timpsons mersey way Stockport on Monday 11 may, for a battery for my watch. Sadly Steve was unable to get the watch to work. I returned today the 18th with another watch, where Steve served me, not only was he able to fit the battery he engaged with me and gave me his time. Very polite welcoming and helpful a credit to the business

Went in today for a battery replacement and the chap was really polite and helpful. The replacement was done quickly and with no hassle. Even sorted the time out on the watch after replacing the battery. It's the little things that count. Fully recommend
