Bought a lifetime battery a few years ago and needed replacing. Really friendly service, fixed a strap pin and I got a clean, working watch back. Happy customer, thank you. Edit: That battery needed changing again. Same great service as last time.

Recently visited Timpson's clock tower Shop I have to say the employee who served me could have not done enough he helped me sort an issue with a key which I purchased from a other Timpson store , no questions he just corrected the problem , my mum who also visited shop couple of days later she had lost her key for disabled toilet and she was panicking he calmed her down and sorted key straight away . MASSIVE THANKS TO YOU , OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE ITS NOT JUST A JOB

Just been in for a watch fix. The chap serving was excellent. A quick & efficient service and I was in & out in no time. Will definitely be coming back.

I took 3 watches in for new batteries. Steve replaced them and was very quick in doing so. His customer service was great would definitely be back for anything else needed. Some of the letters had come away on 2 of the watches and he even made sure they were put back correctly. All in good working order. Thank you so much and would 100% reccomend using timpson stockport right outside primark.
