Jason provided a fantastic service when I popped in one to get some alterations to my belt. He was very helpful and friendly, and did a great job on the belt!

I was wandering by, needing my keys cut. I didn't realise it was 30 minutes past their close, and noticed Pete inside (who was closing up). Pete was a real gent, asked what I needed doing and was happy to help me out even though he was well within his rights to ask me to come back another day because they had closed. Took him less than 5 minutes to cut me a new set of keys which work perfectly. Great experience!
My family & I stayed next door at the Conrad and we ended up spending more time than anywhere in the Timpson shop with Pete! We brought all our shoes in to be re-done by Pete - he exceeded expectations. Our Gucci and Ferragamo loafers are all like new - done extremely quickly during our stay. 10/10 recommend!!!
Excellent customer service - it was five minutes to closing and Pete managed to fit me in to fix my watch. And did so with a smile! Will be back next week for a new strap
