The staff member (Bill) at the Berryden, Aberdeen branch was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond, coming out to our car and trying key, filing it etc to make sure all was working perfectly before we left. Excellent service, would highly recommend this branch.
I went in to get my watch repaired, the bracelet part had broken off the watch face. I handed the watch over and was half way through saying "i will be back in a couple of minutes" but before i could finish the sentence he had already fixed it. Super fast repair. Must have taken like 30 seconds from handing it over
A decent set up and really handy location. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Key cut in a few minutes and worked perfectly.
Just had another pair of shoes heeled. Excellent job and replacement heel is better than original.
