I fully agree with all the previous reviews. Neil is fantastic reviews shoe repairs or watches. If he can't help he will advise alternatives and won't over charge for his work. Deserve to be recognised.

Recently had my Hamilton watch battery changed and fixed. The gentlemen (I believe Neil) was exceptional. Amazing knowledge about the watch and advice! He managed to bring the old boy back to life and working smoothly! Can’t thank you enough!

Thank you so much for the absolutely pristine repair of the heel of my decade-old leather shoes. They’ve had probably 8,000 miles of walking in them already, and I think they’ll have 8,000 more.

Timpson's in Woodbridge is outstanding, especially Neil. He is swift, honest and hugely knowledgeable. Today saw the return of my Omega Seamaster which had been away at a Timpsons specialist for three months, needing repair and service. The watch came back like new, everything had been replaced that could, new bezel, polished with all the 23 years of hard wearing removed, returned in a bespoke red leather unique Omega box like when I first purchased it. It was my.. hird time visit. The gentle man helped making hole on my hand bag strap for free kindly. It was quickest work and he also gave me some useful advices with otger nateers in the past. Highly recommended.
