Amazing I Would rate 6/5 if I could. I must’ve walked in and out within 3 minutes. Instantly fixed our family watch wrist strap and also explained how the material in the strap is porous and therefore susceptible to this breakage. He also gave me the remedy/steps of it were to shorn again. All for free. You could he’s a real master at this and also a gentleman.
It was my.. hird time visit. The gentle man helped making hole on my hand bag strap for free kindly. It was quickest work and he also gave me some useful advices with otger nateers in the past. Highly recommended.

The man at Timpsons Woodbridge has delivered excellent service to me on my last 2 visits, for watch batteries and boot repairs. He is very knowledgeable and politely explains what needs to be done, a true professional.
Neil is excellent! Really knowledgeable, I take all my watches to him for replacement batteries and repairs. Also did a great job on re-soling my shoes. Would highly recommend.
