The customer service wasn’t up to scratch the man that served me on the drop off and collection needs to realise he’s paid to provide a good service with a smile. I was made to feel awkward when I questioned the price. Both times abrupt and rude. The man in Exeter outside sainsburys Alphington road (the sporty man) is 10/10 he’s always so smiley and welcoming, so I will only be using that one now.
