I'm leaving multiple reviews in one as the service has been outstanding every time I've used these guys, but I've never left one before (and not sure if I'll be able to leave multiple reviews on the same day). I've used them for resoling boots and shoes, having keys cut and have always been happy. The person who was working at timpson at tescos on Sunday 14th September was absolutely wonderful. I had major problems with car key and he went above and beyond to help us, such a kind person and so grateful for all his support and advice . Thankyou 😊
Visited today close to closing, but not at closing time, to have 3 keys cut. The man refused to serve me with no explanation or apology.
Another key cut perfect thankyou very much great service and advise ducati spare key cut .
What lovely Customer service from Ash. Thank you. Some people just make you feel comfortable and happy, that for sure is Ash. The way he spoke to customers while I was in the shop was so kind and professional.
