I had a great experience with Scott at Timmons today! I came in to get my Tissot watch link removed, and he took care of it quickly and professionally. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure the fit was perfect before I left. It’s always nice to meet someone who takes pride in their work and provides excellent customer service. We used Timpson to provide a new key and put another battery in the original key. What a great guy, so helpful and went above and beyond to help us as our radio wasn't working in the car either and he spent time trying to assist. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used the Timpsons shop at Tescos Chichester for some years now. I find Scott an ideal ambassador for Timpsons, who is friendly, polite and extremely efficient in whatever task he is faced with. I honestly cannot rate him highly enough!! His ability to simultaneously serve a number of customers is worthy of recording in video! Thank you Timpsons and Scott!

Amazing guys at this store. Took my falling apart car key and replaced it in 10 minutes. Kind, quick, courteous. Main dealer said a new key would take 2 weeks. Timpsons every time!
