Daniel did an amazing job dealing with difficult customers, kept a cool head during busy queues of lots of customers. Can tell he worked dead hard! Props to him 🙏
Liam the manager's customer service was brilliant! He was friendly and professional. I needed a new watch battery, he didn't just change the battery; he cleaned my watch and tested it was still waterproof and all done in sweltering heat! Highly recommended for anyone who needs watclh repairs or keys cut! Thanks Liam ☺️
Replaced the class on my iWatch. Had to be sent away but only took a week and the cost of the repair was reasonable. Excellent customer service, even remembered my name (without first checking on the system). Will definitely use again.
