I've been to the Chancery Lane Timpson a couple of times now (for shoe repairs and getting keys cut), and the service is always fantastic. Quality repairs, very fast turnaround and Joey is super friendly. He goes above and beyond!
Went here to talk about getting a watch battery replaced and fixed. Dealt with Joey, who quickly understood what the issue was, offered helpful advice and how to resolve the issue - helping me get it all sorted. Highly recommended and will be coming back in future!

I’d been going from store to store looking where I can get my fob key cut with no luck and here they were able to do this in seconds. Joey was amazing and really friendly. Appreciate the speedy help !
Fantastic service from Joey, made my day! Watch strap changed in less than 5min, and assured straight away my replacement strap would fit. Thought I'd have to come collect in a few days!
