I had a rucksack that needed repairing and popped into the Coatbridge store, the person at the desk was really helpful and efficient, the job done was very difficult but was repaired perfectly. Great service, very efficient.

If you're needing shoes repaired then I highly recommend this branch. Michael is brilliant, long standing service and always happy help. Not many shops offer this level of service anymore. Thank you.

Having went in to get batteries changed under lifetime guarantee with display still working to end up with a watch with no display and being told led display has gone is not good. The battery display was showing low previously and I was also given the 'good' batteries which were supposedly ok. I attempted to fit batteries myself and my £100 watch does not need replacement! Bit disappointed to be clearly told untrue information!

I had keys cut at another Timpsons branch but unfortunately these didn't operate the lock on my Father's front door. The problem was that the keys had been cut from a copy rather than an original key. After speaking to Mick he made small adjustments to all 5 keys and was able to confirm they were working as I had removed the lock from my Dad's door and taken it to the shop.
