Arlene in the perth branch at morrisons went above and beyond to get my suit dry cleaned after I was delayed in dropping it off for a funeral. Absolute star!
Popped in today and asked about getting a key cut for our touring caravan as we ended up down to one key. She put the number in and told its a security key and they can't cut it. Ended up going round the corner to the locksmiths and was told that i they are completely wrong and it's a generic key WD code can be used to buy replacements online cheaply using the 3 number along side it. Given one star as not possible to give zero. Put in a suit for dry cleaning and when I got home with it checked it before putting it away. The suit jacket is ruined, several areas are lumpy and bumpy over areas about the size of an iron. No labels were attached informing me of any issues. Went back and spoke to the manager, Arlene who informed me that the jacket had delamination. She said this is not the cleaners fault but a manufacturing defect. Put in a dress and jacket for a clean got the dress back and the whole off the hem was down they said it was the makers not doing it right in the first place. Took it to dress maker and she said that was not the case as you could see the it had been done and a place like where the dress was made would never had put it out
