Myself and my daughter went in to the Timpsons next to Sainsbury’s in Keighley and Alfie who works there was extremely helpful and knowledgable and had excellent customer service skills. A real asset to your company. I would highly recommend him and Timpsons to my friends and colleagues.

Had my key snap on me, went to where I bought the lock from they didn’t have a blank key, so went to Timpsons in Keighley Sainsbury’s. The lovely lad called Alfie sorted me a new key. Absolute gent!

Bought a key from your Keighley stop, and from the shop to the car, I must have dropped it. Looked all over my car and home, but didn't find it. Next day , I retraced my steps, but no. So I went back to your store to buy another. When Walked in, I think the assistant, Alfie, recognised me, and I told him what happened. He cut the key and said no charge. I was totally gobsmacked.
