Alex was absolutely amazing , my coat had an engine oil stain on various parts and I was gutted when i couldn’t get these out myself I took them into Morrisons Canterbury and Alex said she will try her best to sort it for me , £17.50 later I had my favourite autumn coat returned in pristine perfect condition, thank you so much. , I will be returning soon to get a zip fixed on my vintage adidas jacket all the team are fabulous and Morrisons Canterbury is a favourite store of mine to shop in
Business response:

Yesterday I went into Morrisons to make a copy of a photo for a friend’s birthday. My phone was playing up and I couldn’t get it to connect with the machine. Mark was working at the time and came to help me but for some reason my phone would not cooperate. Mark was determined to help and I sent the photo to him from my phone. This morning he messaged me that my photo was printed and ready for collection. Over and above what was expected of him but a real personal service for me. Mark you are a star! ⭐️
Business response:

Timpson at Morrisons Wincheap not only have the most polite and helpful staff Alex is also incredibly talented. I had a massive pair of curtains that needed turning up. Way too big for my sewing machine. Alex not only took them up for me she pressed them and they came back perfect just like new. Would a 100% recommend. Very reasonable in cost too. Job well done….again. ❤️
