Charles had a very upbeat friendly manner and sorted out my new watch strap so quickly - I popped into Morrisons for literally about 3 minutes and it was done. Chose a really nice pink leather for a change and am very pleased with it. A positive and warm interaction on a Sunday morning! Thanks
Always a lovely welcome from Charles, and excellent service. A recent tricky-to-cut key didn't work so Charles tried again and this one worked. His attitude is that he'll just keep trying, and I really like that. Thoroughly recommend Timpsons and especially the cheerful Charles!
Today I popped in asked what happened to any unwanted keys as we have children at school that like to use them in their play and also have children that use keys to help them regulate their emotions. I didn't expect to be successful in my hunt for keys but Charles was so helpful and enthusiastic! I came away with a big bunch of keys that would have ordinarily been disposed off and Charles has been exceptionally kind in offering to keep any old keys for me to collect on a regular basis. What a lovely gentleman!
My husband had a battery changed in his watch by Charles. He learnt more about his watch from him than he’s known in all the time he’s had it. Would certainly recommend the service he provided today to anyone. Charles was efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Will be returning soon for key cutting. Thankyou Charles
I picked up my watch from Charles' store today after it had a replacement glass crystal fitted and the service which I received from him was brilliant! There was an issue with the replacement glass which he was unhappy with, so he sent the watch back to the service center to be refitted and then as an apology, once the watch was delivered back to his store the second time, he gave the watch an ultrasonic clean and a lifetime battery for free to make up for the delay in the service. Thank you, Charles.
