We popped into Timpson's in Rose Lane Canterbury on Sunday Morning. As Always Rob was extremely professional , Friendly and helpful. I needed to get a photo to attach to my American ETAS application. Rob is very knowledgeable on the American Criteria. He is a real asset to the company. Please can you thank him from us both and I can confirm my ETAS has been approved
