Amazing customer service, kind and professional. Accidentally gave him the wrong key to copy, he was extremely understanding and swapped it out for the correct one the next day with a smile no frustration or judgement, clearly some one who cares about his craft.
Really great experience visiting Timpson West Brom for help with 2 sets of worn leather boots. Will definitely come back for the great price and customer experience.
I went into the Timpsons store in west bromwich today to get batteries put in for 2 of my watches. Back in 2020, I purchased the 'life time battery replacment agreement' (highly recommended). The manager pointed out that Ionly had one agreement with me (a card with the watch details on it/proving I had paid for lifetime battery replacement) for the fossil watch so he would only be able to replace the battery for the fossil watch.
