I took an expensive Hobbs ladies jacket in for dry cleaning. When I went to pick it up a week later it was covered in stains in between the stitching, dark marks everywhere. I asked the man and he said that I could take it somewhere else and get a quote and if authorised they would pay upto £25 towards a new dry clean. I did not have time to go to a new drycleaner and get a quote and then go back to him then wait for an answer so I just went to a new drycleaner. The new drycleaner had to clean it 5 times. Few days ago I went to Tesco at Colney Hatch. When I finished shopping, outside the supermarket I saw a Timpson kiosk! I went in and a wanted a key cut for my son, I asked the one with Arsenal Logo! I came home and tried, wasn’t working! Called Timpson, the gentleman who served me said to go back and he will do it again! Brought 2 shoes for heel repair at the beginning of december. The job was badly botched on both pairs. I asked for corrections, we're now mid January, both pairs still 'being worked on' but based on what I've seen when I just went to check in this morning they are now looking worse and possibly beyond saving. Giving Timpsons a last chance, then will ask for money back.
