I went to get my passport done 10 mins before closing to be told by Harry that it’s too late to get my passport photo even though it is advertised on the website as done in a couple of minutes and the store was still open! I then tried again a bit earlier another day and was told that he had packed up and that he always shuts everything down 30 minutes before the store closes!
