Jack was extremely receptive to alter the sandals straps making them shorter. His work is pristine as the sandals look like it was before the alterations. Perfect job Jack, thanks for doing it super quick too!
Quite possibly the most miserable, unhelpful staff I've ever encountered. £25 for a watch battery is a bit insulting considering it's a 5min job that I did at home for £2. Avoid if you can.
What a guy! I went in asking for a key cut and ended up buying a tag for my cat, a chain for my keys and what do you know, got my car key battery replaced too! A gentleman and a scholar!! Great service and fantastic workmanship!! Will be bringing my shoes back just for the customer service! Woweee!
