Jack was extremely receptive to alter the sandals straps making them shorter. His work is pristine as the sandals look like it was before the alterations. Perfect job Jack, thanks for doing it super quick too!
Was told in the city that my key could not be done as not a stock item. Took to Jack on the off chance and not only did he have it he had it done in less than 5 minutes. Brilliant
What a guy! I went in asking for a key cut and ended up buying a tag for my cat, a chain for my keys and what do you know, got my car key battery replaced too! A gentleman and a scholar!! Great service and fantastic workmanship!! Will be bringing my shoes back just for the customer service! Woweee!

Very good service. Repaired my shoes free of charge because he could not guarantee it. The soles had come off and he glued them back on. I was very happy with the result. The young man behind the counter was exceptionally polite and friendly
