Had a wonderful experience with Nathan today at Timpson bulwell, he made me feel welcome by explaining carefully and answering all my questions, it was a good one .

Called in this morning for two batteries in two watches one watch was done OK the other he had trouble getting the back off the one of them, nothing was to much trouble for josh he phoned around for more advice then sent it to there workshop, what brilliant service thanks to Josh I'll be recommending and coming back myself
