I’ve had a great experience here a couple of times. Tai was really friendly and helpful, both with me and other customers. My Dr Martins boots repair came back perfect — it took just over a month, but it was around Christmas and they had to send them away. I also got a watch battery changed and was told that if I keep the receipt, battery replacements are free for life. Overall, excellent service.
Brilliant experience, such helpful staff helped me fix a wall clock even though they specialise on watches and not clocks and also helped me with taking apart stuck parts from my kid's project. Very polite and didn't even charge me anything. Very happy with the human touch, service and help.
This is the worst Timpsons I have ever used, I found not to be trustworthy and unhelpful, I'd actually say ignorant.. Having purchased a vehicle key which should of been a new flick out key blade in a new fob with buttons for £50, instead all he done was put all the gubbins and old blade into a new body for the same price, I only discovered this a few days after, seeing as the key worked better I rolled with it and didn't go back. Poor level of craftsmanship: heels were changed, staples grossly applied, no care was given to heels themselves: no polish, reconditioning , one heel was left with a missing bit of leather exposing the plastic. For nearly £19 to have heels replaced: a rip off and lack of respect for customer. Will take my business some else in the future.
Got serviced by Joey this afternoon to get some fobs copied, incredible service, very rapid service, most polite worker. Will definitely come again if I needed anymore keys copied. Definitely deserve recognition for his customer service and work ethic.
