Called in today for key cutting and replacement watch battery under the lifetime warranty policy. Jamie was polite and helpful and ticked all customer service boxes. He also sorted out an inconsistency on my lifetime guarantee for future reference 😀. He was bright and pleasant throughout my business there. An excellent member of staff to have at such a busy location.

I came in looking for thicker soles to be put on to my shoes and I was spoken to in such a horrible way by the bald man working there. I was very patient with him but decided to leave it as his attitude was extremely poor and is clear has no customer service and genuinely not a nice man. Would avoid as there are cheaper independent places that actually have good customer service.
so i got there at 5 past 9 no sign of anyone, then went back at 10 past 9 to be told by a small bald man that he would be 10 minutes as he’s on a break, in what world is this acceptable? will never be back
Paul was so patient with every customer. Calm, funny, didn't get harassed when the queue built & really paid attention to getting it right for every customer.
