Popped in to get my battery replaced on my watch and an extra link added to the strap. Jack was really helpful, lovely chap. Fast and efficient, very polite bloke. A real asset to the business.

He kindly repaired my much-loved shoe (well 2 actually) and, instead of charging me, simply asked for a donation to charity if I wanted to. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture! I took my Father's watch in to have the strap resized to fit me, as it is a precious memory of him and I wanted to be able to wear it comfortably. Jack who served me was incredibly helpful and honest and said he wasn't 100% sure how to change the links, but would find out and let me know, so to leave it with him. He soon phoned to let me know his initial thoughts were correct and had adjusted it for me within the hour.
