Have just had batteries replaced in 2 rather expensive watches. Charlie at your Sutton Coldfield branch was very reassuring in the replacement and did an excellent job. Highly recommend Timpson Sutton Coldfield for very professional workmanship. Well done
Last weekend i popped into Timpsons at Asda Minworth to have the battery in my car key replaced & a pair of shoes heeled. Connor's customer care was amazing going the extra mile to be helpful & proffesional & is a really lovely lad . Car key battery done in seconds. Shoes picked up the next day. I thought the one heel was a right off but Connor had repaired it as good as new. Every business needs a Connor !!!
Charlie was an absolute superstar - fixed my friends boot issue whilst making us laugh and serving several other people in the shop so no-one kept waiting. Great service, great banter, will definitely be returning!
