Got told 2 weeks ago I’d have my PlayStation 5 fixed. either today or tomorrow. Phone up and turns out the console has been sitting on the shop shelf’s collecting dust for a week very unhappy , disappointed and unsure whether giving my console to you was worth the shenanigans.
Absolutely excellent service! There's a new manager in there at the minute, and he is brilliant. I took in a car key to get fixed, and he accidentally broke it but went above and beyond to get it repaired - even got a second, brand new one from the car manufacturer. All free of charge! Absolutely excellent!!!
I think it's OK for shoes but no good for watch straps, very limited selection, only the standard wrist size which is too small for an average size man. I ordered one online instead.
Would give zero if could, went in to enquire about spare car key, guy went through prices so I chose one of options, said he could do as didn't have machine I asked about other shop in town but no they don't t either, nearest shop capable is 30 +miles away. Car key services bit of joke
Put a pair of dress black brogues with seggs on them into timpsons on ayr high street on the 10th of may to be re soled and heeled I received a phone call on the 16th of may to be told my shoes are ready to be collected i went in on the 18th of may to pick them up and the finish off the work I asked to have been done was under satisfactory and really poor there was big scratches and dents in the soles and heel plates I said to the gentleman who was serving that day I was very unhappy with the craftsman ship and he agreed ... read more
