Had the soles replaced and reheeled. Unfortunately one shoe was damaged and I was refunded. That said the service I have received over many years has been excellent watch repair, keys made and shoe maintenance were always excellent previously, so I will continue to use them, and recommend their service.
I'm really happy with how it turned out. When I stepped in and asked if I could get a key made along with a fob, I was delighted to receive my new key in under 30 seconds at a fair price. I definitely recommend them for their friendly and helpful service!
Great experience with setting me up with a spare key for my new car after the dealer gave me the wrong one and has went totally silent on sending me the real one. Kev is a proper gentleman. Will happily use again 👏🏻
Used Timpsons for passport photos and my 9 year old always struggles to be still for a passport photo. The gentleman was very patuent and kind. Really apprwxiated his kindness. Not first time here but today was even more pleasant.
New remote key sorted out by Kevin. Absolutely great guy, managed to get me an appointment at short notice on a Saturday morning. Work completed within the hr. Would highly recommend this place!
