Not satisfied, I wanted to engrave a medallion with my dog’s name and my personal details. I explained how and where wanted to look like and when I came back the front was with both her name and my postcode, which I stated firstly don’t wanted to be. I have expanded again how wanted to look like and when I came back, firstly was looking okay, but at home when I checked my number was spelled incorrect. I don’t want to go there 3rd time and wasting my time again, experience was very unprofessional.
Absolutely fantastic service. Needed a spare car key cut. Coded, cut in no time. No fuss. Great advice from the chap that sorted me out to ensure my original key worked the lock/alarm before coding and cutting. Price was very competitive. Thanks very much.
