This is a great place for watch battery replacement. I was lucky enough to have them do this for me today. Damian was incredibly friendly, informative and helpful when it came to replacing the battery of one of my favourite watches. It's an unusual timepiece, but this was no issue for him and colleagues. Took my watch in for a new strap but the cover fell off as I handed it in. Not only did they fix the cover and fit the new strap they refused to charge for either as he wasn’t certain the face would stay on. The company say they put people first, lots of companies say that sort of thing, Timsons people really do work by their values, put people first and couldn’t be more helpful, thank you.Highly recommend .
Got a key cut but didn't look before going home and was way to thick to even fit in the lock . After driving 60mile and paying £10 for key and £3.50 for parking had to grind down myself to fit .....useless machinist ! Needs to find another occupation
Bob at this store is a LIFESAVER. My car key broke & he not only got it working again, but he also came with us to the car park to check. Fantastic customer service & an all round lovely bloke. If you're needing these services then I highly recommend this branch purely for him!
We took a wooden box into the shop for engraving. The man who did it was called Bob. What a lovely man, he was so helpful with the words. His manner was caring. We collected it an hour later. He did a beautiful job. God Bless you.
