Walked into the completly empty Timpsons in Chichester this morning and was told by the man at the counter that they hadn't done same-day repairs on shoes for 8 years. He didn't ask what the repair was (it was a very quick sole re-glue), instead just gave a blanket no. Saved myself the money and time and fixed them myself...

A very big thank you to the guy in the Chichester South St branch for the hand stitched repair to a leather bag I bought in. He did a lovely job on it and I'd have to look very closely to see any difference between the original stitching and his, very happy.

Went to Timpsons at tesco in Chichester, have been there a few times and had a new battery put into my watch. The guy in there refused to change the battery in the same watch, he said it would not be waterproof, I told him it new this and I did not mind I don’t go into water, His answer was perhaps the rain would get into it, have you ever heard such nonsense. Hopefully they will get the old staff back maybe stick to the Timpsons in the town centre

Had 3 different keys cut and none of them work. Timpson is usually good quality so didn't think I'd need to closely inspect the keys before leaving the shop. Two of the keys are visibly not the same shapes as the originals. Poor quality work, don't go here for keys.

The elder man in the shop on South Street is incredibly rude and unfriendly, a disappointment to the company and should not be working in a customer service role.
