Absolutely awful company. The young lad broke our car key fob whilst changing the battery - the young lad was really rude and had a major attitude porblem and refused to replace the fob even though he's the one that broke it. Took it to the Timpson shop at Sainsbury's to explain the situation and because the lad denied breaking it to the lady at the other Timpson store they also refused to replace the key fob and then tried charging us 200 pound for a new fob. Some negative reviews on here which is surprising. I always see the same guy here working hard when I'm in tesco. Went for Some shoe repair advice yesterday and he was super helpful, put a dab of glue on for no charge. Nice guy, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks.
Keys cut that didn't work, cut my finger on the rough edges. Went back using petrol I shouldn't have to have used, he cut another set TWICE!!! then realised he had used the wrong blanks. Totally incompetent. Plus a lot more expensive than the one in town? Use at your peril, as I won't be using them again. Had to give one star as cannot do no stars
Don't use the his Muppet, go to the TIMPSONS on parson street in Banbury town! Both me and my dad have had separate issues with him without us realising regarding car key cutting over the past couple of month and his uncooperative nature and lack of wanting to cut the keys/excuses NOT to cut said keys (1 car is a 1970s MG, the other is a 2014 Vauxhall) yet go straight into Timpsons on parsons street and helped straight away by a very friendly guy for a decent price!... Go to the one in the town centre, the ones cut at Tescos didn't actually work in my lock so that required phone calls and a trip which I shouldn't have had to make to get it sorted. In fairness they didn't charge to rectify it, bit it shouldn't have needed to be done in the first place.
