My Handbag had broken straps. , My Father who has sadly Dementia brought it for me , so it was quite Sentimental . Guy called Mathew in Dereham Timsons fixed it . What a star he is. Credit to the company. Thank you so much. 😊

Really efficient helpful man. In the space of 5 minutes, he sent my duvet to be cleaned, cut a key and started to make a disc for my dog. He's great at shoes too!

I popped in to Timpsons outside Tesco yesterday afternoon and was greeted by a lovely chap. Superb customer service and extremely helpful, repairing and replacing my shoe heels, which I had neglected for far too long, to a great standard and in a very timely manor! I highly recommend.
