Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Managed to make my old Grenson Fred's look as good as new. Came into shop 31/10/2025 with what I thought was a broken car key Fob. Before heading to Ford to be ripped off hundreds to get a replacement. Wanted to see if Timpson could fix it for me first. Within minutes the staff fixed my key and all was sorted. Was such a relief took all my stress away. Very kind staff. Not sure of the 2 men serving that day. Thank you again will definitely be back.
