He went above and beyond to make sure my work shoes were fixed in time for a client meeting - turning a two week wait into a solution which only took a few days! The service was excellent, with my shoes being both given new heels and soles within one hour. The cost was very reasonable. David H
Went in to have my ankle boots repaired - the heel on both was rather worn - and they managed to do it in one day, for a price cheaper than I was expecting. The heel has held up very well with a lot of use too, so very satisfied.
I have a watch which is very special to me that had stopped working. One of the posh jewellers in Norwich said they couldn’t fix it. A man in Timpson, called Fergus, fixed it in about 5 minutes. Absolutely wonderful service, thank you.
Popped in to get a watch resized and new battery. Very friendly and welcoming. Picked the watch up 30 minutes later. Job done. No dramas.
